This is an opportunity to solve and simplify people's toughest problems when it comes to money. This will put your user-centered design thinking skills to the test. You will be evolving the next-gen platform for an international market (and India soon) on the back of detailed user research.

As the UX Lead, you will have the opportunity to create elegant mobile-first experiences to help people make tough decisions. You should be able to explore and translate meaningful interactions into simple and effective solutions, working with the Product and Engineering teams through sketches, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks and functional prototypes. You need to be responsive, flexible and able to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment without supervision.

Location: Gurgaon, India with occasional international travel

Key Responsibilities

• Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user profiles and conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or use stories
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications for mobile-first web interfaces
• Be a champion for user testing to get your solutions in front of customers and validating assumptions

Skills

Basic Qualifications

• Ideal candidate would have of 2 - 4 years of experience as a UX or UI designer, product designer, interaction designer, information architect or similar role
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions and UI design expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in a variety of design and prototype tools such as Sketch, Axure, Invisionapp, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong information architecture skills
• Ability to prototype and test quickly
• Strong hands-on user research skills
