Job Description

-Expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks/Flash, Microsoft Office.

-Excellent knowledge of typography & illustrations, layout, composition, branding, ability to ideate from scratch & carry it through execution.

-Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.

-Basic experience with digital video (Adobe Flash) and sound editing.

-The core responsibility will be to design & develop graphic elements pertaining to company websites and related graphics for promotion online/offline.

-Creative excellence in designing Corporate Branding Identity kits including Business Cards, Letterheads, Brochures, Flyers, Info-graphics, -Banners, Web Templates etc.

-Understanding of current technologies and design trends, and the desire to innovate using relevant mediums.

• Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Collaborating on user experience planning.
• Researching and implementing interaction design trends.
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
• Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.
• Ability to create wire-frames as well as visual design comps.
• Experience with Standard UCD methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of common software project management practices.
• Understanding of common software development practices.

-Understanding of current technologies and design trends, and the desire to innovate using relevant mediums.
-Sense of ownership with good designing for web & graphics.

-Interdisciplinary skills are most welcome.

-Designers from reputed Design Institutes will be preferred unless you have an exceptional resume'/portfolio.
