Job Description

• Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability studies tailored to the unique aspects of real money gaming.
• Work closely with product teams to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points in the gaming context.
• Design and conduct usability testing sessions specific to real money gaming platforms.
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to implement user feedback and improve gaming interactions.
• Analyze complex data sets, both quantitative and qualitative, to derive actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for product improvements.
• Utilize statistical methods to interpret user behavior patterns and trends.
• Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the real money gaming industry.
• Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate effectively with gaming designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights seamlessly into the gaming development process.
• Communicate research findings through clear and impactful presentations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies within UX research.
• Contribute to thought leadership within the organization through presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Manage existing vendors and on-board new vendors for vendor selection and vendor relationships for research services.
• Work with various partners and vendors to identify target groups for studies.
• Influence and guide recruitment of participants through development of participant screeners that are relevant to each research project.
• Ensure that the vendors present deep and detailed insights for studies that they are responsible for conducting.
