Responsibilities:

Skills

Passionate about interaction, usability and customer experience.
Be sensitive to grids, typography and colours.
Stay updated with the current trends and UI patterns to make the right recommendations.
Should be a clear and concise communicator with excellent collaboration skills.
Be able to work well under deadlines and handle multiple, competing tasks, priorities and projects.
Ideally should have exposure to the entire lifecycle of product development — validation, research, concept, design, development, shipping. It’s not mandatory though.
Qualification:
Degree in Interaction design, HCI/ HFI or Visual Design. We love them all, but are not fussy about anything.
Needless to say, expertise in relevant design software like Axure, Photoshop, etc or a software of your choice.
Prior experience in software companies/ mobile startups will be an added advantage.
