Job Description

• Creation of wireframes, site maps, mind maps and user-flows for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with technology developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product directions, visuals and experience
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Review existing web design and help optimize via A/B testing
• Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Researching user technology trends
• Brainstorm new and creative design and user experience strategies

Skills

• Previous UI/UX experience or demonstrated design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Java Script, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with JavaScript & Data Visualization Libraries is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in a collaborative environment
