This role allows you to stretch your creative and marketing skills. Your role is not only designing and creating the graphic assets for campaigns but strategizing, executing and analysing as well. Our brand is about both quality and great social experiences, and it's crucial that we convey both through our design. We're a close-knit, collaborative group, guided by a highly iterative design process and we make sure that everything that Grabhouse launches has a polished sheen to it.

What do you bring?

● Graphic Design: Illustrator. InDesign. HTML. CSS. Put your skills to work designing assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, and sales collateral. Create clean, modern illustrations and icons

● Email Marketing Campaigns: Design emails, create drip strategies, or analyse results

● Campaign Management – Plan. Execute. Analyse. Optimize. Execute. Analyse. You will manage campaigns through the entire cycle including online and offline campaigns

● Brand: Consistency is key. We think that maintaining consistency in branding is key, but we are open to your ideas and willing to take risks. Design branded swag (t-shirts, iPhone cases, phone chargers etc.)

● Mentoring: Create a world class design team by attracting, mentoring, and retaining great designers. Acting as a strong leader to foster individual growth and skill development amongst team members. Regularly review their work with latest trends and market standards.

● Print Marketing: Design print marketing collateral (product sheets, brochure, flyers, case studies, presentation templates, PowerPoint decks, white-papers etc.)

What we expect from you

● 3+ year of Marketing Design experience ,a degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience

● Portfolio showcasing email creatives, digital ads, iconography, promotional or marketing materials

● Deep understanding of digital design and marketing channels

● Strong graphic design, illustration, information design, and interaction design skills

● Demonstrated expertise in fundamental design elements and principles including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity

● Ability to quickly grasp and distil highly complex concepts, into graphics that can be understood by others at a glance

Looking for a interface designer who is passionate about creating experiences for mobile and has an eye for design detail.

Skills

1. Understanding of the digital media nuances like Responsive Design, grids, Android/iOS conventions, material design guidelines etc.
2. Good aesthetic sense and understanding of design fundamentals (Doesn’t matter if you went to a design school or not)
3. Experience/Keen interest in practising User Experience Design and obsession with design detail.
4. Have an Attitude of continuous improvement. You should never hesitate to junk what you have done and redo for better.
