Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in creating designs from scratch.
• Should be able to create wireframes and mock-ups for mobile and web apps. Designs should be consistent across multiple platforms
• Should have experience in designing the dashboards.
• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong illustration, iconography and mobile & website design ability.
• Strong comprehension and appreciation for innovative use of typography, color and layout for digital media.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, current design and interaction trends.
• A huge plus to have familiarity with HTML and CSS and how they will be used to bring your beautiful designs to the web.
• Working knowledge of opportunities and constraints of current and new UI languages, devices and technologies as they pertain to visual design.

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in delivering immersive experiences to our clients. You will work closely with creative directors, copywriters, and web developers, to translate
marketing and brand strategies beautifully in Web and Digital medium. This position includes client facing or internal support and may include rework/optimization of existing module or creating completely new ones.
1. Who lives and breathes design, typography, color theory, and composition
2. Act as "go to" with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards
3. User research-related services, theories and methods to support recommendations
4. Knowledge of various design principles that works best-in-class brand, interactive, mobile, and web experiences and they can sell their concepts to management.
5. Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major user experience process phases
6. Responsible for creating stunning visuals for both print and digital media
7. Develop wireframes, behavioral specifications and personas
8. Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective

Skills

1. 3 - 5 years of experience as Creative Director / UX Designer in reputed Advertising / Digital agency
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
3. Possess expert understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital
4. Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, Aftereffects, Advanced PowerPoint and other multimedia software. HTML5 will be a plus.
5. Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.
6. Possess a killer portfolio in digital medium, web designing, Interface design, Digital campaign as well as a stunning print portfolio.
