Job Description

• Develop, implement and support websites on Open Source CMS Systems
• Client-side scripting (Javascript or Javascript-based tools like jQuery)
• Server-side scripting ( For creating custom widgets and plug-ins required by CMS Systems)
• Help other members and provides assistance in the up-gradation and maintenance of websites.
• Integration, Deployment and maintenance of CMS/Backend for websites/projects.

Skills

• Good knowledge about the web concepts.
• Analytical and debugging skills.
• Updated with recent frame-works
Minimum Entry Qualifications
• Good portfolio of custom Magento sites.
• Well versed with PHP
• Portfolio of web-based application.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Prepare and coordinate for site structures and functionalities.
• Built HTML/CSS page templates or may coordinate with web designer for this task.
• Identify bugs and fix them while troubleshooting or solving any related problems
• Innovate with web based responsive plug-ins and creations.

• Work with product and marketing teams to define needs/requirements and create elegant design solutions.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills

• Proven UI experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating visual mockups,wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
