Job Description

• Contribute to the next generation user experience initiative of Icertis Contract Management platform.
• Own the creation and definition of broad features from inception to completion.
• Present concepts to internal and external stake holders and defend the design parameters and refine them based on the feedback.
• Partner and collaborate with Product Managers on understanding the use cases of new functionality and to design the corresponding user experiences.
• Mentor and coach additional user experience designers of varying still levels that are based other locations.

Skills

• 5+ years in User Experience developing across multiple form factors.
• 2+ years User Experience design for complex SaaS enterprise applications.
• Experience in Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Content Strategy, with light Visual Design skills a plus.
• Experience with Agile software development and working in an iterative environment.
• Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Data Visualization experience with tools like Tableau Software, PowerBI or Qlik a plus.
• Prior experience in the CRM, CLM, Procurement applications is a plus.
• Experience with mobile applications is a plus.
• Education B.Des, BFA or Cognitive Psychology.
