Job Description

• Driving UX, UI and visual design efforts from inception to production of beautiful, highfidelity implementable design assets.
• Partnering with Product Managers to strategize and provide rationale for new product features using sketching, wire framing and digital prototyping
• Creating cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, emails)
• Defining user personas and use cases.
• Participate and engage in design reviews and critiques.

Skills

• 1+ years in an individual contributor role on a consumer facing, product development team.
• A portfolio featuring your experience with end-to-end Product Design (hybrid UX and UI, Design rationale, Design specs and User workflows), from ideation development to the final product
• Formal education in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Motion, Graphic Design, HCI, related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
• If you will bring a right attitude and passion to work that is is aligned with company’s culture.
• Deep understanding of Human Centred Design processes and methodologies. 

• Able to function independently and in a team environment with excellent collaboration skills.
• Understanding of user experience best practices, information architecture, and user testing
• Mastery of prevailing design tools like Sketch, Adobe CS, Invision, Balsamiq or similar
