Skills

• 5+ years of user experience design for web-based and analytical applications that runs on desktops and mobile devices
• Ability to conceptualize the solution and create professional looking visuals
• Strong hands-on experience in creating wireframes
• Hands-on knowledge in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq and associated design tools
• Well-experienced with User Interface design patterns and Information Architecture

• Conceive UX solutions that (measurably) improve the core workflows of real users.
• Design mental models, end-to-end journeys, and user interfaces for Interact software products. Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and documentation that effectively communicate interaction and design intent.
• Make use of and contribute to our design language system, coach junior team members and grow our UX competence.
• Support UX researchers in conducting studies and effectively apply findings in your work.

Skills

• Bachelor degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in designing mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
• A talent for articulating ideas and presenting your work.
• Fluency with industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Omnigraffle, Axure RP, etc.
• Proficient in English
