Job Description

• Collaborate with business and IT team in developing and maintaining design wireframes for web based applications, to share with design team as new projects begin.
• Translate business requirements and user stories to wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Build Front end UI components for Web applications
• Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs with other members of the team
• Conducting user testing of applications
• Creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications
• Evaluating existing applications and evaluating their UX (user experience) effectiveness
• Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices and frameworks

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MCA.
• 2 to 5 yrs of hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React and AngularJS.
• 1 - 2 years' experience working as a UX Designer, ideally for web based applications used by contact center agents, with deep understanding of design methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Axure, and other visual design and wire-framing tool
• Ability to prototype in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, Flash or Catalyst is a strong plus,
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
