The UI / UX Designer will be primarily responsible for creating a great user experience for our web and mobile application. The person should have the capability to visualize complex user scenarios and provide simple and effective solutions keeping in mind the capabilities and limitations of technology. The ultimate aim should be to work towards providing simplicity and delight to customers.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design practices
• Experience in prototyping for iOS and Android mobile applications
• Strong understanding of responsive web design
• Strong knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies
• Experience creating wireframes, using prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq (or similar)
• Experience with user interviewing and user/usability testing
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and written skills

Job Description

• Create Photoshop designs for websites, mobile apps, Smart TV apps, landing pages, banner ads, email newsletters, presentations, brochures and more.
• Visualize company- wide brand and business initiatives and programs into appealing and creative web designs.
• Interact with a variety of external and internal clients, solicit input from senior management and interview internal subject matter experts to develop the perspective needed to create each communication for the intended audience and business goal.

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in designing websites and mobile applications.
• Solid proficiency of experience in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Strong design fundamentals (type, image, color)
• Understand UI/UX design.
• Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
