Job Description

You will be responsible for the design ethos of the company and all its brands and messaging. The position will also include product design, feature definition, usability, findability and growth hacking

You will be expected to

1. Create prototypes and click stream mockups.
2. Collect and analyse feedback as appropriate from users and tweak workflows / click streams.
3. Choose color and design elements to represent the brand in its various products.
4. Define and refine the brand and its meaning as needed.
5. Produce HTML and CSS templates along with a team of developers / digital graphic artists.
6. Work on multiple products with multiple tech teams simultaneously.
7. Work closely with tech teams to identify opportunities for new products and lead the UX design for new products.

Skills

1. Knowledge and experience with wireframing tools and business requirements analysis.(Tools like Balsamic, Azure,)
2. Customer facing and interaction experience with respect to product usability testing.
3. Strong knowledge of usability testing on a tight budget. (Adobe XD, Zeplin)
4. Outstanding written and verbal English skill. (Copy skills are good to have)
5. Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Javascript and CSS.
6. Analytical and strategic thinking.
