Job Description

Skills

• Experience working with HTML5, CSS3 in user interface design.
• Expert knowledge on CSS preprocessors like Sass and LESS.
• Have experience working with front-end CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, Foundation and/or Semantic-UI.
• Have experience working with the ReactJS projects is a plus.
• Experience with web and mobile app design.
• Expert knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Job Description

• You will lead the user experience of one or two of our flagship products. We're relying on you to translate user needs and business objectives into designs that help our customers get the job done.
• You will rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply high-fidelity detail and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
• You will spend time exploring ideas on how we can improve the product over the long term.
• You will work effectively with cross-functional teams, partner with product managers and engineers to conceptualize, build, and ship a highly usable product that customers love to use.
• You will work closely with the Design Research team to use data to drive your design decisions.
• You will own and run the design process. As a senior team member, we're counting on you to establish realistic timelines and complete projects on time.
• You will ensure consistency across all of our products & integrations by defining the CredAvenue's Design System with industry-standard components and layouts. Work with front-end developers to eliminate inconsistencies.
