Job Description

• Improve the look and feel of our UI product, illustrating ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and design graphic UI Elements like menus, tabs, widgets, buttons, etc
• Prepare/present rough drafts to internal teams & key stakeholders as well as create high fidelity mocks & prototypes for stakeholder communication, and user validation.
• Create UI Guides, optimized assets for developer hand-off and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Work with design lead, product team, stakeholders, fellow designers to help ideate, refine,and define a unified Visual Design Language.
• Analyze customer responses and usage data to derive insights and propose design interventions/changes that lead to verifiable improvements.

Skills

• Possess exceptionally strong foundation in Visual Design concepts like visual perception, color theory, visual weight, visual balance, etc.
• Clear knowledge of accessibility principles, best practices and an ability to think laterally & creatively solve problems.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple milestones, projects efficiently while being a great team player and carry experience working in agile teams and also be able to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters & UX designers.
• Ability to present & defend their design decisions using Design Thinking, HCD Principles, Gestalt, Perception Psychology, etc.
