• Oversee creative consultations with Account team to ensure appropriate creative strategies, schedules, budgets, production support and client presentations.
• Train and supervise assigned the creative team, oversee their creative activities to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.
• Participate in the new business pitches as necessary.

Skills

• Excellent Visualization & conceptualizing skills
• Must have a Fine Arts / BFA background
• Relevant Design Experience preferably in Advertising agency.
• Able to derive creative concepts
• Able to actively participate in brainstorming sessions & able to develop creative concepts independently
