Director of Engineering for our team. - Building a team of engineers, team leads who can design and develop highly scalable web applications. - Lead and direct architectures sufficiently flexible and adaptable to meet market emerging requirements. - Hands-on management: Must be passionate about coding and design principles. - Help set the strategic agenda for the technology team. - Translating this agenda into an actionable product/tech road map. - Fostering a culture of timely execution against this road map. - Mentoring team members, and ensuring that they are learning and growing with the company
