Job Description

Interaction Designers are the behavioral scientists of design. They take business needs and product requirements and transform them into user-focused and intuitive web, mobile, and product experiences. They will have to strategize with analysts, web and product managers, marketers, and other key stakeholders to create UI mockups, user flows, and functional specs so their designs maximize usability and performance. Should have the ability to convert any wireframes to visual designs, keeping aesthetic and hierarchy in place. They should have a good knowledge of colour and lighting to give natural and seamless UI designs. Designers will also be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative web-based and mobile products. They should not only bring concepts to life, cultivating bonds between customers and brands, but they also intuit human response to visuals of all kinds.

• Demonstrate expertise with design tools such as Fireworks, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Keynote etc
• Possess knowledge of design, visual and typography sense.
• Should be able to create Icons, UI Kit, home screen, sample scree etc
• Have the ability to work collaboratively with design, development, product, and marketing management
• Demonstrate solid project management skills to assist project managers in work estimates and planning

Job Description

With a strong understanding of best practices, UX Designers are the ultimate end-user advocates who produce online experiences that engage even the most discerning audiences. He/she should be data junkies who consume large amounts of information and distill it into simple yet engaging and useful applications to serve a wide variety of online experiences. They need to Think persona creation, affinity mapping, site maps, wireframes, information architecture and story line.

Conduct user research and provide recommendations both in written and visual (wireframe) form
Work on designs across mobile, tablet and desktop mediums.
Test concepts, perform task and user analysis, and assist with user acceptance testing
Good knowledge about present and future UI trends
Develop prototypes that succinctly illustrate hierarchy and navigation
Strategize and drive interactive product development from site map to launch
Create compelling online consumer experience that drive business results
Possess knowledge of prototyping and wireframe creation tools such as Axure, iRise, and/or Vision
