Job Description

Looking for a creative, talented and knowledgeable designer capable of producing stunning, user-centric web/mobile interfaces for the B2B content management solutions/enterprise solutions Develops understanding of the potential users of content solutions, ranging from internal users, content partners and external clients/stakeholders through secondary and primary research (user interviews, usage data) across various markets/locations. Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios. Work on gathering market intelligence such as competition mapping, assessing market potential on an ongoing basis. Prepare prototypes of products/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for brain storming with internal stakeholders as well as gathering user reviews. The candidate should be capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype Work with cross functional teams like engineering, content etc. to ensure that the final delivery of the product is in line with the expectations around UX as well as UI

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI designing working in a product organization will be a big plus
• Should be able to fluently use design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and popular prototyping tools available etc. Candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, Javascript etc.
• Passionate about exploring and experimenting with the latest technologies and emerging standards
• Should have conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process
• Experience in the content tools and management space highly desirable, particularly with a content company
