Skills

• If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience being an individual contributor as a UI designer in a team. (Having worked with Interaction Design is a plus, but not mandatory).
• If you have a formal education in UI, HCI, Graphics or you have a portfolio that speaks for you.
• Submit a portfolio featuring your experience from ideation to the final product. (A good portfolio should convey your understanding and command over Typography, Form, colour, and compositions to build good User Interfaces and not just final screens in isolation).

Job Description

Driving UX, UI and visual design efforts from inception to production of beautiful, highfidelity implementable design assets. Partnering with Product Managers to strategize and provide rationale for new product features using sketching, wire framing and digital prototyping Creating cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, emails) Defining user personas and use cases. Participate and engage in design reviews and critiques.

Skills

• 1+ years in an individual contributor role on a consumer facing, product development team.
• A portfolio featuring your experience with end-to-end Product Design (hybrid UX and UI, Design rationale, Design specs and User workflows), from ideation development to the final product
• Formal education in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Motion, Graphic Design, HCI, related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
• If you will bring a right attitude and passion to work that is is aligned with company’s culture.
• Deep understanding of Human Centred Design processes and methodologies. 

• Able to function independently and in a team environment with excellent collaboration skills.
• Understanding of user experience best practices, information architecture, and user testing
• Mastery of prevailing design tools like Sketch, Adobe CS, Invision, Balsamiq or similar

Job Description

Lead a team of designers and set a design thinking culture in the organisation. Take the ownership and define the end to end experience of products. Work with cross functional teams to plan, prioritize and deliver a cohesive user experience through innovative and interactive design support Leverage modern web/app technologies to define innovative user interfaces and interaction models that result in delightful user experiences. Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate design strategy and rationale. Collaborate with fellow UXD team members to develop UI components and design patterns for next generation software applications.Produce aspirational mock ups, functional wireframes, screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements (iconography, gestures, behaviors, transitions, animations) and final assets. Demonstrate user centered design (UCD) techniques Participate and engage in design reviews and critiques. Provide input and occasionally help conduct usability testing

Skills

• A portfolio of work showcasing excellence in visual and interaction design. Include user work flows and wireframes that demonstrate creative and innovative problem solving.
• 6+ years work experience with a focus on interaction design and UX across a variety of platforms.
• Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches and wireframes
• Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Keynote and other design tools
• Experience in designing from start to finish including the development process
• Able to function independently and in a team environment with excellent collaboration skills. Deep understanding of user centered design processes and methodologies.
• Strong communications skills, oral and written able to engender trust and respect of peers and stakeholders.
• Capable of juggling a number of priorities and delivering results in a high pressure, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of building a product which saw massive adoption.
• A Bachelor/Masters degree in graphic, web or other design related concentration from an accredited educational institution.
