• Translate business goal into user centric solutions. • Work closely with stakeholders and the cross functional teams to understand project requirements • Prepare estimations and work on UI deliverable schedules • Design the information architecture, task flows and high level prototypes. Expertise in Axure or any prototyping tool would be huge plus. • Co-ordinate visual design and UI development activities for a given project • Participate in Pre-sells activities such as preparing project proposals, POCs, and developing collaterals. • Collaborate with other UX team members across different locations • Ability to leverage effectively user experience team members to increase your overall contribution.

Skills

• Understand and practice HCI processes thoroughly well,

• Resilient consulting experience by articulating robust user centred design strategy for software development

• Can customize UX approach for projects varying from web portals, mobile app to even hardware devices design.

• Have hands on experience (& are passionate about) conducting UX activities including design

• Design actual interaction, interface to convey our design approach.

• Should be well-versed with latest design trends and mobile first approach!

• Have excellent communication skills and leadership skills
