1. 1+ years of experience working as a UX Designer.
2. Artistic capabilities.
3. Strong Photoshop skills.
4. Understanding of Web & Mobile User Experience. What's good design, what's bad design.
5. Strong English written and verbal skills. Ability to write good english is critical
6. Experience with wire-framing.
7. Experience with style guides.
8. Highly focused and highly productive individual
