Job Description

Maintain code integrity and organization. Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements Understanding and implementation of security and data protection. Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. Implementation of security and data protection. Solve complex performance problems. Integration of MySQL and No-SQL data storage solutions.

Skills

• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery),
• Knowledge of any multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, Java, Python)
• Proficient experience using advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular 9+, ReactJS.
• Development of new UI features and components in our existing web application.
• Ability to resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

Job Description

Develop and refine the detailed interaction and visual design. Create appropriate design artifacts (scenarios, storyboards, mock-ups, etc.) Use business requirements and market research to assist in synthesizing complex requirements, generate design concepts. Design logos, brochures, trade show booth backdrops, and more. Present design work to the marketing team, product team and executives for review and feedback

Role: Userexperience Designer / UX Designer Responsibilities:•Participate in product definition process with the core team of the company and influence product strategy and direction.•Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, usability testing, build insightful results to improve User Experience of the product.•Develop and maintain personas/scenarios, wireframes (low fidelity/high fidelity), navigation maps, prototypes, design guides/specifications, visual designs and other design documents.•Lead/Champion the creation of UX vision for multiple products or product linesSkills required:•Should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, a proven track record designing consumer, enterprise, complex web-based and mobile applications and passion about designand technology.Qualification•Background in human-computer interaction or related field.•Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interaction Design/Industrial Design or related discipline. Soft Skills•Strong experience designing usable, complex web-based and mobile interfaces forwebsites and applications.•Strong, clean visual design sense and exposure to HTML/CSS, scripting, and web technologies.•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.•Proficiency in process flow diagramming and wire framing (Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Visio, Fireworks, Illustrator, or Photoshop).
