Job Description

You will be working independently or as part of a team to design web and mobile apps. Major part of the role is crafting clean UI design which adheres to brand guidelines. Working on a brand identity and consistent design systems for products. You will also be encouraged to contribute to shaping the product UX; with strategic user experience design. You will conduct user research, usability testing and help in synthesising data.

Skills

• At least, one or two years of professional experience in user interface design.
• Portfolio of work representing shipped/ live products.
• Proficiency in Sketch required.
• Understanding of the UX design process from user research, testing to the final UI design.
• Deep understanding of people’s behaviour and psychology esp. with respect to usage of devices.
• Ability to articulate and substantiate your design decisions.
• Familiarity with visual design fundamentals; colour theory, typography, grid systems, composition.
• Good work ethic and professionalism as part of core values.

You will also be encouraged to contribute to shaping the product using research & strategy. You will conduct user research, usability testing and help in synthesising data.

Skills

• At least one or two years of professional experience in interaction design.
• Portfolio of work representing shipped/ live products.
• Proficiency in Sketch required. Knowledge of Pixate/Principle recommended.
• Understanding of the UX design process from user research, testing to the final UI design.
• Deep understanding of people’s behaviour and psychology esp. with respect to usage of devices.
• Ability to articulate and substantiate your design decisions.
• Clarity of thought, unique vision and perspective.
• Familiarity over visual design fundamentals; colour theory, typography, grid systems, composition.
• Minimal understanding of coding. If you are good in HTML/CSS, you get first in the line.
