Job Description

You are a strong interaction designer with empathy for the user as well as the ability to abstract and generalize requirements You are able to communicate responsive design concepts, patterns and floor plans Your primary responsibility will be understanding each product teams unique business requirements and use-cases, and provide design support applying SAP Fiori design language You will facilitate design reviews and workshops with stakeholders You have enough technical background of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript to discuss design alternatives and solutions with developers

Skills

• Bachelors Art/Bachelors Science Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Media or
• Industrial Design from a reputed design institute like NID, IDC, Srishti, IISC
• A Masters Degree is preferred
• Familiarity with UI mockup tools such as Axure, Adobe Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of user interface and interaction design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Advanced technical understanding of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
• Proven ability to interact and coordinate with teams across time zones / locations

Skills

• Multiple forms means being able to create things like user experience flows, wireframes, sketches and interactive prototypes, and eventually creating high-resolution mockups and design assets.
• A background in Industrial Design/Architecture/Human Computer Interaction/Graphic Design/Digital Media Design/Interaction Design is preferred. If you don't squat have a educational background in design, but are self-taught, your portfolio must speak for your skill and passion.
• Experience in doing digital design, which could be web design, apps, or software. Related fields such as print design for magazines, or industrial design are also welcome, but you will have to demonstrate a knack for translating that to screen-based products.
• You must have an eye and taste for, and some ability to implement, in visual design. While you will collaborate with visual designers and illustrators, just wireframes and UX maps are not enough. Craftsmanship must be important to your work.
