Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them. Mentor fellow UX/UI designer Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Skills
- Overall 8+ yrs of experience, of which 3+ years of UX design experience for mobile and web applications.
- Expertise in UX software such as InVision, Axure, Balsamiq and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to Translate user needs into tangible designs, flows, screens & strategy
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Strong appetite to learn the Banking business domain
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Evangelize UX in the organization
- Responsible for creating UX competency in the business unit
- Ability to interact with local and remote users to conduct interviews, design workshops
- Willingness to learn and apply new methodologies and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenges
Academics:
Bachelors / Masters in HCI or Design will be preferred (Optional)
