Lead new creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices Drive the direction, style, and methodology of design and usability Develop a deep understanding of customers and business priorities by working closely with Product Managers and Business stakeholders Strategize rolling out a major design change in multiple phases by breaking it down into logical design iterations Create delightful and compelling, user-centered experiences across interfaces Desktop, Mobile Web, Mobile Applications, Virtual / Augmented Reality devices (If and When) Develop a universal design language and UI/UX principles to be adopted across the various components of our company Create clear wireframes, user flows, site maps, and graphic visualizations to prototype and communicate ideas Demonstrate out-of-the box thinking while also delivering solutions that meet user and business goals

Skills

• A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX Designing is preferred
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
• User centric and obsessed with customer experience
• Experience designing complex applications for web and mobile
• Experience in applying user research, user needs validation and usability evaluation
• Experience of working with developers within an agile development process to ensure a polished and easy-to-use end product
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
• Startup Experience is a big plus.

Incorporated in 2012, SV’s focus was to become a Branding & Gifting company. Our first challenge was to get multiple options of gifting products under one roof. Either the products were priced high or there were only limited options available for selection. This drew our attention on the gap that existed for gifting products.

In this interesting and adventurous journey, we could see the challenge, getting multiple products requires high finance with uncertainty on investment, as one cannot be sure on which product to invest at what quantity.

The challenge was BIG, and so our search towards the solution, was rooted strongly to the gifting domain. The Demand in our market in the gifting domain nurtured the idea of “Collaborate and Facilitate”. From there, our journey towards networking emerged and we started signing with various vendors on a collaborative model to offer multiple gifting options. While collaborating multiple suppliers in their domains, our challenge on affordable price was automatically addressed.
