Opportunity Space:We are doing what cars did to locomotion when they moved away from horses in the space of group communication. We are creating a new possibility(vs solving an existing problem) for group communication. The technology is ripe for it but there has been no product which has yet brought something like this into reality. We are looking for a key designer who matches the calibre of our engineering team to build the app What we(Samosa labs) have to offer:Salary: We are funded by a top flight VC. Salary will not be the reason you will move somewhere else especially if we find you a good fit. We will offer enough to not think about money but money should not be the prime reason why you come here. (12-18lakhs)Get your design in front of a millions of users. Our first app already has a million users in android alone and we are building a second app.You get a chance to fundamentally shape a product because of the timing of this hire because we are targeting 100 million users for the new app.We have an open culture. Your competence decides your value not your role or position.Our team has people who worked at Facebook, Google, Microsoft and FactsetWe are one of the fastest code to deploy development team out there. Skills

Prior experience designing apps. Familiarity with Google material design.
Any one from a premium design school or someone who has learnt “design thinking”
You should be fast with your hands. You should be able to make paper mock ups expressing your thoughts.
Good visual design skills.
Fast communication. You get things fast from other people and you can articulate clearly to people who don't get thing fast.
