ou are passionate about user experience, and always ahead of the curve with new thinking and techniques. As a UX Architect you are responsible for helping to create innovative customer experiences across a wide variety of channels and devices and you participate in all user experience activities on projects and Customer Experience initiatives. You have information architecture, content strategy, user experience/usability experience and also have experience working with standard IA and UCD tools and processes. You may not be a technologist but you understand technologies at a high level and weave that understanding together with your experience of content management systems and ecommerce. You will have experience within a digital company and work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility, being self-motivated and enjoy working with multi-discipline teams.

• You apply strong user experience and usability principles while looking for opportunities to innovate.
• You are able to use advanced UCD techniques such as rapid prototyping and remote testing to improve efficacy of the quality of our solution.
• You understand the relevant marketplace and consumer and technology factors and are able to contribute at a high-level to the strategic approach of our client.
• You are able to demonstrate that you have developed UX solutions for a wide variety of platforms and devices.
• Consistently review the standard of work, ensuring that only work meeting the highest levels of quality are presented to the client.
Familiarity with Azure.
6+ years professional experience
4-year+ degree, BA or BS in design, information sciences, HCI, or psychology
