    Job Description

    Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using softwares Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with team members and lead designer to produce final design Amend designs after feedback

    Skills

    • Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
    • Knowledge of motion design would be a real advantage
    • Strong experience in a similar role.
    • Ability to work fast and maintain calm under pressure.
    • Detailed, organized and rigorous.
    • Good oral and written English skills.

    Job Description

    • Apply user-centered design processes to create high quality user experiences on the web and in mobile applications.• Collaborate closely with our US product, design and marketing teams to defineproduct direction, user experience, and user interface requirements.• Scope, plan, and manage multiple design projects from strategic product definition to launch.• Create and document user interaction models, workflows, information architecture, schematics & wire frames, and interface guidelines & specifications.• Facilitate project communication and asset exchange across a multidisciplinary team throughout all phases of the project.• Create interactive prototypes for user and market research.• Coordinate, conduct, and observe user research, then translate insights intoactionable designs and design improvements.

    Skills

    • Candidate must have portfolio and specification examples that demonstrate their creative thinking and design process, and be able to articulate their choices to meet strategic business needs and user objectives.
    • At least 3 years experience as a key member of a User Experience Design team
    participating in the complete product development lifecycle of several successfully
    launched websites.
    • Design experience in a consumer setting required. The best candidate will have
    worked with community and-or social sharing features. E-commerce and mobile
    design experience also a plus.
    • Must be able to collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Must be organized, able to act independently, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in interactive design mock-ups using HTML, CSS is preferred.
    • Must be able to develop new approaches to complex design problems.
    • Works well in an agile environment and able to meet aggressive deadlines.
