Job Description :The design team supports by creating flows, wireframes, visual designs and specifications for the mobile platform. We are looking for a full time designer to support the design team, preferably a t-shaped profile, both UX and visual, with an emphasis on visual.The designer will become part of the design scrum team and will be invited to join our regular meetings and rituals (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning’s, scrum board). He or she will provide the implementation support to development, as well as support the design team with visual and UX designs.

Skills

Type of person Needed :
• T-shaped person; however more visual than UX
• Knowledge of visual design software (e.g. Sketch, XD, InDesign)
• Experience in mobile app design
• Familiar with prototyping and prototyping programs (e.g. Axure, Flinto)
• Preference for someone with technical support or coding experience
• Flexible personality; ability to easily switch between toolkit and coco work
• Has proven to have a feeling for detail and can work accurate and according to guidelines

Activities
• Provide design support to development
• Ability to create visual design screens for mobile apps
• Ability to create wireframes and flows for mobile apps
• Ability to create low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes for user testing

Job Description

Philips Design is looking for a Usability engineer for its Bangalore studio. The job responsibilties include the usability specification, UX design, usability testing and evaluation of Philips products. The applicants should have background in UX design or humanities or Cognitive science with focus on Human-Computer Interaction and Human factors (cognitive ergonomics) with 3-5 years of experience.

Skills

They should have proven knowledge of human factors, interaction design principles,

usability methodologies, processes and standards. Knowledge of healthcare would be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical thinking skills are a must.
