Help establish the design language for visual design and brand guidelines Should be able to evaluate and hire designers and researchers who can help in the growth of PharmEasy Partner closely with product, business and engineering leads to set the vision and agenda for the overall product Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you design and bring in predictability of the deliverables of your team Effectively prioritise complex workload, regularly communicate clear timelines, status updates and design requirements to internal customers at all levels, including senior management Build excellence in design as a team of designers expands and evolves. Skills

• Strong portfolio of innovative, customer-centric design work that demonstrates proficiency in interaction and visual design
• Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research)
• Adopts an iterative approach to problem solving
• Capable of translating concepts into concrete representations in order to clarify ideas and promote collaboration based on shared understanding

Responsible for product design decisions, define & oversee the implementation of product design strategy, objectives, and initiatives Lead development of new products and improvements to existing products or product lines. Evaluates the feasibility of design ideas. Determining how the user interfaces should work Work in partnership with Product Management team and technology design team to build best-in- class user interaction designs and wireframes (or prototypes) Collaborate on the plans that are shared with other team members to develop the graphical user interface, content and functionality. Build quick design mock-ups or use case designs to help drive a concept from strategy to tactical acceptance and implementation Constantly receive feedback from peer cross functional groups and direct customers on the user experience of the site and make recommendations to management to constantly improve the same Work in tandem on technology development projects to deliver key UX assets in a timely manner and adjust to changing priorities, requirements churn and short deadlines for implementation of UX concepts Demonstrating a high bar in sourcing, hiring and managing a world class design team.
