Job Description

We need a creative, hands-on, imaginative, experienced UX/UI Designer will be responsible for all stages of visual and user interaction design for ExpertusONE(Web & Mobile). The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, is capable of making strong creative contributions in a collaborative environment, and brings relevant experience. All stages of the design process, from initial concepts and sketches to user flows and wireframes to finished visual designs. Defining the interaction design, visual layout, user flows, game mechanics and graphic elements that together make up the look and feel of the site. Owning and developing a user-centered design process that creates and continuously improves the customer website experience. Good understanding of type, color and space, and can design exceptionally well for the web. Understand that design is beyond just making things look pretty. You can come up with ideas and you care about usability. Deliver pixel-perfect work. Quickly iterating on various concepts, seeking team and user feedback and developing final design assets for use by the engineering team in an agile development environment. Documenting and communicating design decisions via style guides, team meetings and discussions. Bringing best practices and source remarkable ideas from the fields of gaming, social networking, online worlds and virtual economies.

Skills

• Experience with Web & Mobile App designing.
• Worked on Sketch tool is an added advantage.
