Job Description

Create user-centric designs by considering customer feedback, and usability findings. Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing use cases, high-level requirements. Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions. Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of web applications. Design the visual design of the web and software applications. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes. Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications. Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and senior leadership for review and feedback. Develop process flows, wire frames, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors. Work closely with front end engineers and Head-Design to implement UI solutions and ensure the technology fully executes on the vision. Maintain quality assurance through ongoing self-critique of how the UI delivers on its promise.

Skills

* 3-10 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer or similar role.
* A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions.
* Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Other wire-framing softwares.
* Knowledge of web based UI development technologies such as HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, CSS etc.
* Takes ownership of the design and works closely and effectively with the broader UX Design team, Product Management and Engineering leaders.
* Receives, weighs, and integrates diverse feedback from a multi-disciplinary team.
* Understand information architecture and be able to make user flows and wireframes.
