Key Responsibilities : - Collaborating on user experience planning with a creative director and project manager.- Consulting with clients and creative director on strategy, approach and execution- Researching interaction design trends and implementing positive takeaways- Researching technology trends and integrating such ideas and thoughts into your work Position Summary: - Leading UX design for multiple projects- Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail- Creating and presenting UX strategy deliverables- Conducting and analyzing results of stakeholder interviews- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps- Defining content models and taxonomy- Creating UX roadmaps and calendars- Implementing UX processes and governance models- Orchestrating work sessions with internal and client team- Low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper & pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming- Presents high fidelity designs/wireframes to the customer for review/ approval- Conceptualise visual/UI brand guidelines, art direction and collaborate with other designers- High fidelity designs/wireframes to the development team and guide/iterate in development- Understanding of UX/IxD/UI/Visual design trends, techniques & tools- Identify improvement areas, guide or/and mentor team membersShould be able to nurture leadership qualities in the team members to create leaders of tomorrow- Should be able to formulate strategies for new competency areas as well as evaluate and suggest new tools/methodologies- Has at least2 years acting in a creative role and at least 2 years working in a creative agency environment- Has an exceptional portfolio of shipped products, containing examples of highly usable & beautiful software that solves problems you can effectively articulate- Likes to play with motion and inject alternative creative solutions to solve problems- Have strong abilities with Sketch, Illustrator, and PhotoshopHas deep knowledge of modern iOS, Android, web, and OS X interface conventions- Is exceptionally detailed with excellent oral and visual communication skills, and is comfortable in client-facing situations, primarily when presenting your own or others’ creative work- Good sense of design aesthetics: Typography, Layout, Grid systems & Color theory- Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS & AndroidUnderstanding of the limitations of Web and Mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries- Understanding of common software project management practices​
