Job Description

Lead UX design for Noticeboard’s mobile app and web platforms Able to understand the customer profiles, their needs, behaviours and translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Support marketing and product teams with quick prototyping for product showcase. Work closely with the developers to ensure that releases are in accordance with the design specs. Take ownership of the design from conceptualisation to final implementation. Make data driven decisions to iterate on designs as well as conduct interviews with users to understand their pain points.

About the Company:

Noticeboard is an online communication platform for the blue collar workforce across the world , thereby helping organizations to reach out to this geographically distributed workforce effectively. Workforces are now smartphone enabled but due to lack of enough tools, often undergo the same old trickle down format of information exchange or resort to consumer tools which truly are not enterprise and don't come with enough bells and whistles to solve a work communication need.We want to transform the way organization stay connected to such a vast and diverse workforce and streamline information exchange top-down and bottom up.In the process we aim to do what slack was able to do for the Knowledge worker and improve productivity within an org and control attrition.
