• Developing new user-facing features using React.js and Node.js• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js, Node.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools

Job Description

Combining management's vision with their own individual creativity to produce fresh, unique ideas for user interfaces, game themes, and supporting layouts and styling; Estimating the time required to complete multimedia projects; Leveraging a mix of the latest industry tools (suggestions: Adobe Edge, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Unity Pro) to make general concepts and ideas a visual reality; Producing rough sketches to solidify initial ideas and to jump-start the creative process; Creating initial drafts of concepts, and then refining, reworking, or revising the concept until the team's vision is captured; Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to help generate product and feature possibilities based on user needs and business requirements Create design artefacts at different stages of the product development cycle, such as user experience flows, wireframes, sketches and interactive prototypes, and eventually create high-resolution mockups and design assets Always be an advocate for the end user, pushing for and thinking about the most meaningful user experience possible

Skills

• A strong portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great user-centered experiences and applications.
• User focused Approach - a deep understanding and appreciation of the process of identifying users needs
• Comfort dealing with end users, and conducting user testing
• Experience designing mobile web, and/or on-device mobile applications.
• Passion for building great products
• Proficiency in variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Omnigraffle, Sketch and InDesign
