Roles & responsibilities:• Synthesize the needs of users, product manager, marketing, researchers, writers and developers to create best possible user experience & design• Willing to take up iterative design phases• Expert in visual design, user centered design, interaction design, web standards & information architecture• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills

Requirements
• 3 years+ experience in Web & UI UX designing
• Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Desktop Publishing Tools, Acute Vision, Handles Rejection
• Certification in UI UX / Degree in Fine Arts is an added plus
