• 1-3 years of experience as an efficient web designer .
• Should be adept and willing to conduct quick testing and implementation of user feedback
• Should be experienced with some design tools / platforms.
• Should have practical knowledge of working with UI development for pixel perfection in code.
• Self-motivation, excellent communication, open mind and the ability to balance great design with short deadlines.
