Job Description

UI/ Visual Designer with strong visual and aesthetic sense who understands the language of colors and importance of visual language in creating artifacts that creates a delightful experience.

Skills

VD Skills:
* Hands on experience in iOS and Android (native as well as hybrid) App design for mobile and tablet, Responsive websites and data visualization
* Excellent visualizer, icon design, typography design, poster design, Photo manipulation, creative direction (mood board, etc.)
* Quick and good with visual design tools e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
* UX Skills - user research - persona, user journey, sitemap, wireframe is a plus point.
Soft Skills:
* A design thinker and a visual designer who loves to tell stories and explain why the recommended design is the right design.
* Ability to understand the big picture as well as has an eye for detail
* Good at connecting design recommendations with business needs
and research insights

Bachelors or Masters from Design from NID/Srishti/NIFT (Delhi)/IIT – is preferred but not mandatory.

2-5 years of experience in IT consulting/Design Agency/ e-Commerce/Product
Hands on experience with design tools e.g. Photoshop, illustrator, Sketch, Axure, etc.
Knows and has hands on experience different stages of User Experience Design methodology
