Job Description

The work will cover our website, CRM dashboards, mobile apps both Android and iOS app, all other internal and future products. To analyse data driven user behaviour and make corrective actions in terms of UI/UX. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and programmers on a daily basis. Create UX proposals and concept executions in compliance with company standards. And present design work to the user experience team, product team, programmers and stakeholders for review and feedback. Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualise and communicate detailed interaction behaviour.

Skills

• 1-3 years years of UI/UX experience preferably in a startup and across web and mobile(android and iOS), experience in E-comm business is a plus.
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions and designed end to end user experience for a platform at scale.
• Experience in variety of design tools like Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Zeplin, Invision, Prototyping, Wireframing.
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• Great communication skills as you will be engaging various stakeholders within the company.

LifCare is India’s largest Subscription pharmacy for chronic patients and is making chronic health management affordable and convenient for everyone.
India has ~25% of its population suffering from chronic diseases and about 1/3 rd of this population does not adhere to its maintenance medicine - leading to hospitalization and sky-rocketing healthcare costs. We lost ~300,000 lives to Diabetes alone in 2015 due to non-adherence. We, at LifCare, believe we can save these lives. We are redefining chronic disease management and the medicine supply chain using intelligent technology and data science that includes refills management, prescription digitization, offline to online shift, medicine reminders, intelligent warehouse stocking and smart logistics.

Job Description

Interaction Design, Visual, Design or related fields in the design of web and mobile applications. Able to create High Quality Wireframes and Visual Designs Inspire, create & design interactive concepts and compositions Create master design templates and tangible visual design UI elements Design solutions that meet both user needs and product strategy requirements Work closely with UX and visual Team to create, iterate upon and finalize delivery of polished, professional graphic assets Quick sketching and concept experience Communicate and coordinate timelines between departments

Skills

• Must be able to create designs as per current Market trends.
• Proven ability in UX/UI and for Enterprise Web/SaaS/Mobile Applications
• Fluent in creating high quality Photoshop pixel perfect visuals
• Self-driven to keep up with & learn/use the latest design tools, methods, and techniques, particularly those which can most seamlessly be consumed as code.
• Experience working with remote teams and the use of remote tools
• Must be able to provide portfolio of user interface design work and demonstrate track record of bottom line impact resulting from user interface design.
• Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
• Collaborate with business and technical owners to create dynamic, visually effective solutions
