    Job Description

    Develop inspiring, strategic, and innovative design ideas for the brand Knowledge and passion to investigate, innovate, and develop trends in creative design with an emphasis on website, social, and mobile Create best in class visuals for brands digital assets such as social, website, mobile, display ads. Have deep understanding on design norms and guidelines of each social platform. Create design visuals for daily engagement/communication on all social platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, website, product pages, website banners, display ads on various platforms both static and flash, web and mobile application designs, UI design for various campaigns. Create visuals with high focus on photography style, imagery, typography, iconography, and navigation optimized for web Work with various stake holders such as Product, Marketing to understand the product, industry, target audience requirements to develop relevant design solutions Produce design specifications, storyboard scenarios and design prototypes to communicate concepts. Responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking and creative. Follow brand guidelines and create visuals in accordance to the brand image and guidelines. Creating user interface design, architecture and functionality according to usability best practices, standards compliant design, and cross browser compatibility, with some understanding of analytics for web and mobile Come up with the best creative and innovative solutions achieved within budget Work as a team with the Copywriters and other stakeholders

    Skills

    • 5 to 6 years working as a designer in an agency environment with deep expertise in digital creative execution and best practices
    • Bachelor with a degree /diploma in fine arts, illustration, visual arts or graphic designing
    • Experience and proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator , Fkash, PHP, HTML Coding, CSS, MySQL, Photoshop and other software programs required for creating digital design solutions.
    • Understand capabilities of latest web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JS/JQuery etc.
    • Highly passionate with an urge to try something new. Self starter who can work under an entrepreneurial
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs
    • In-depth digital design capabilities including mobile and understanding of latest trends in web design, mobile design and design patterns
    • Meticulous attention to detail and foresight to put themselves in the shoes of the user while creating any visuals
    • Can demonstrate responsive design knowledge and understand user experience design, and concepts of user center design.
    • Analytical bent of mind, understand the consumer insights and work on visual communication accordingly
    • Collaborative approach, should be flexible approach when working in a team
    • Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to the internal team
    • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time;
    • Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
    • Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
