Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team for the web Turn complex interactions into simple and elegant solutions Create high quality design for the Android and iPhone mobile applications Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Researching interaction design trends Researching technology trends Performing other duties as assigned

Skills

• One or more years of User Experience Design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies and mobile devices
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
• Solid foundation in UX design with strong competencies in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), human behavior, and psychology
• Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
• Solid portfolio of previous work in Android and/or iPhone Mobile Applications
• Ability to create wireframes (Wireframing ) as well as visual design comps
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator , InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools
• Experience with User Interface Design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of common software project management practices
• Understanding of common software development practices
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, UX practices and technologies
• Track record of meeting your commitments on time and producing high quality assets
