Job Description

The Senior/Principal Visual Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating intuitive and engaging user experiences on both mobile and web platforms.- Define and deliver visual mockups and assets for all mobile products and features.- Drive and participate in the product development process from definition, through design, build, test, release and maintenance.- Research and track advancements in mobile apps across the ever-emerging mobile space.

Skills

• Must demonstrate significant visual design experience and knowledge of responsive design.
• Must demonstrate significant experience of designing iOS and Android mobile applications and deep knowledge of the mobile domain.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and engage directly with customers.
• Excellent sketching , excellent ability to produce hi-fidelity mock-ups, obsession with details and pixel-perfection
• In addition to excellent visual design skills, strong candidates should have experience thinking in terms of applying strategic thinking and business goals to designs, focusing on user feedback, and understanding the relation of visual design to the interaction.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed.
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions is a requirement for application.
• 5-10 years of experience as Visual Designer, Mobile Designer or Interaction Designer.
• Education requirements include either an MA/MS in graphic design, interface design, industrial design or highly related field, OR a BA/BS in interaction, industrial design with significant industry experience.

In this role you’ll work closely with product managers, developers and other designers on the cross device experiences for CRM Market Intelligence. On the Global UX Team, you will also help contribute to the design system with patterns and components used by the rest of the Design Team.
