Job Description

● As a UX designer at innoviti payment solutions you will be responsible for User experience design of a product/project completely from defining the user journey to information architecture. ● You will be responsible for defining the interaction paradigm for the products. ● You will be responsible for all stages of design and must think strategically while executing with great attention to detail. ● Work with other designers, PM and Engg Managers to drive long term vision as well as quarterly goals and help decide the priorities for the product. ● Institute excellent operational processes so that Design and Engineering work tightly together. ● Possess in depth knowledge of user centric design processes and usability principles. ● You will be responsible for delivering low & high fidelity prototypes to UI Design team

Skills

● Graduation/Post graduation degree in Information & Interface Design/Design for Digital Experience/communication design or related field from reputed design college (NID and IDC is preferred)

● 3 to 5 years of experience in web & mobile applications.

● Knowledge of best mobile & web design practices

● Excellent design thinking skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

● Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques and technologies

● Proficiency in Sketch, Balsamiq or similar tools

● Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, android, iOS etc. is plus

● Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio

Job Description

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Skills

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Study user interactions and determine points of friction to be eliminated through design revisions.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
