UX Design Manager:Roles & Responsibilities:1. Improve UX process, wireframes, Team and Project management, strategy and roadmaps.2. Responsible for all project engagements for all UX deliverables (such as user research reports, wireframes, prototypes, concepts, specifications etc.).3. Responsible for project timelines and delivery Participate in discussion with product owners about product vision, strategy and roadmap Translate business requirement into UX deliverables.4. Lead and mentor team of user experience professionals Work with software development team to ensure that the designs are correctly converted to functional software.5. Continuously improve UX process to align with changing business needs, market scenario and technology trends Requirements6. Hands on experience with User Experience and Visual Design. Experience of Team and Project management .Excellent written and verbal communication Experience above 12 years Degree in Product/Communication/Graphic DesignCUA - Certified Usability Analyst (Human Factors International)
