Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and delight to the customer. Gather feedback from teams and follow an iterative process. Maintain standards and processes for producing deliverables

Skills

• Must possess a thorough understanding of website design, UI/wireframe design, and essential graphic design theory. Best practices will evolve over time and require the individual to stay current.
• Portfolio/experience demonstrating strong design thinking and user experience skill set including strategy and design aesthetics
• Deep expertise with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of responsive and mobile design
• Design efficiently when deadlines are tight
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
• Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Description

Provide support to the direct frontline sales teams with top quality presentations, tools and aids to progress leads through the sales pipeline/ stages of sales cycle Position will contribute to developing and executing sales content to be used by frontline sales teams in the US ( documents - RFP / RFI / Proposals / Pursuit presentations /Case Studies etc and other in use practices in the market like Apps, Podcasts , Infographics etc) Assist with enhancing content through visually appealing and meaningful depictions (business case + value proposition + solution design) & design of diagrams, templates, tools and aids etc for sales materials and presentations Sales content will include the following forms : web, digital , document , app, animation, graphics + others in use as per current market practice Contribute to internal communications to the Sales Teams Other activities as mutually agreed as the organization evolves Education and experience

Skills

• Bachelors or Master's degree, in a relevant field ( Graphic Design from a Tier I institute)
• Proven self-starter
• A person with reasonable command of English language - verbal and written , with sensitivity to nuances involved; exposure to US environment would be a definite plus
• Ability to take complicated technical concepts and translate to a general audience in a compelling, succinct manner with visual appeal
• Experience in marketing/sales of IT services / MIS coursework would be a plus
• Experience in sales, with a focus on awareness, demand generation and pipeline management, with an understanding of the sales cycle and social media/ web development and other sales & marketing techniques would be a plus
