Product Role – UX designer: Job Specification:· Role would involve designing & developing wireframes of user customer journey, work flows, graphic emails, web designing & presentation. · Accountable for website content management – manage CMS, upload and manage content, resize images, html tagging of content etc. · Liaise with developer tech. teams & provide timely feedback · Perform regular UAT of all the related web portals Key competences required for the job:· Familiar with backend CMS tools & content management of website · Five or more years of user experience design experience for software · UI/UX designer - Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks, HTML5 and associated design tools · Exceptional design, conceptualization skills and attention to detail · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Proficient in digital marketing & IT skills (Microsoft suite of products) Educational Qualification · Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, new media design or related graphics design field.
