As a visual designer, you will carry forward the Ideas2IT brand using a blend of top notch typography, iconography, color, space and texture Design marketing collaterals, emailers and web pages with information that is easy to read and easy to understand Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field and tools used

Skills

• Experience with print design (brochures, flyers, business cards, letterheads, envelopes etc.)
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office (Word & Powerpoint in particular)
• Knowledge of After Effects and ability to create animated videos is a plus

We are looking for a candidate who will help us kick our cloud-based industrial IoT software into a new level. You are a talented, driven individual who can work and think out of the box. As a resourceful self-starter, you can quickly learn and apply new knowledge. You are always focused on the end-goals and can plan your time to ensure you reach them on time. You are inquisitive, love to learn, enjoy solving problems, and passionate about designing the right things. You’ve got an eye for visually appealing web applications and are strongly interested in helping design the look What you’ll do: • Develop high fidelity visual designs, and lead the effort to get there• Collaborate on high fidelity interactive prototypes, design validation and improvement• Create and execute an user outreach and research program• Work with development to ensure high quality designs are fully actualized• Mentor junior designers and developers to higher UX skills and sensibilities

Skills

Your skills and experience:

• At least a bachelor degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), interaction design, computer science, related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Have 3+ years experience in user experience design, interaction design, or related fields with an emphasis on advanced data visualization and UI designs for big data analytics, network modeling, geo-spatial maps, enterprise software
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, javascript, and js libraries such as highcharts, Google maps.
• Proficient with wireframing tools (e.g. Balsamiq or similar) and graphics tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or similar)
• Good written and oral communication skills; able to clearly explain design justifications and debate merit
• Strong sense of visual design, including a solid grasp of web design, front-end technologies, and usability principles
