Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system. Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.

Job Description

Prepare design assets of the UI design for the development team. Use knowledge of typography, color theory, Gestalt principles and other design concepts to create pleasant graphical user interfaces. Apply branding guidelines into your designs in a way that serves both the brand and end users. Transform UX goals into a set of beautiful, easy-to-use and accessible designs, such as a set of app screens. Provide and solicit critique on the designs as well as the designs of your team-mates. Conduct user research through interviews, observations and other research methods. Prototype designs, which can range from simple paper sketches, wireframes, to high-fidelity and interactive digital mock-ups. Generate ideas through ideation techniques such as brainstorming to solve the users’ needs in a way that provides value to the company. Select the most promising idea(s) based on their feasibility, desirability and viability, among other criteria. Analyze and identify pain points from the users’ perspective, based on user research and/or design heuristics. Identify design problems from user research reports or heuristic evaluation and provide creative UX solutions. Understand and align the needs of stakeholders, clients and users. Effectively communicate your design ideas, to bring different stakeholders on the same page. Identify new product/feature and improvement opportunities and present to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Skills

Contribute to the next generation user experience initiative of Icertis Contract Management platform. · Own the creation and definition of broad features from inception to completion. · Present concepts to internal and external stake holders and defend the design parameters and refine them based on the feedback. · Partner and collaborate with Product Managers on understanding the use cases of new functionality and to design the corresponding user experiences. · Mentor and coach additional user experience designers of varying still levels that are based other locations.

Skills

6+ years in User Experience in various user experience roles.

· 3+ years User Experience design for multiple complex SaaS enterprise applications.

· Experience in Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Content Strategy, with light Visual Design skills a plus.

· Experience using design systems and pattern libraries.

· Experience writing user scenarios, user stories and personas.

· Experience with Agile software development and working in an iterative environment.

· Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones.

· Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

· Data Visualization experience with tools like Tableau Software, PowerBI or Qlik a plus.

· Prior experience in the workflow applications is a plus.
